Somnus Therapy helped me to remove the negativity surrounding sleep – each night I would get into bed and just know that I wouldn’t sleep. The program catered to me and my needs and I was able to understand the science behind my sleep anxiety and negative sleep habit, it was this that helped me so much. It was actionable steps I could undertake right away and so I did. It did take me a while, and improvements definitely were not linear, but I did it! My insomnia was pretty severe – I spoke with my doctor who explained CBT for insomnia and asked me to try Somnus Therapy – that was the beginning of a new me! My journey isn’t complete just yet but my situation has improved so much and I’m currently sleeping around 6 hours a night! Will keep you updated 🙂

I moved from my home and started working in a new city, I had been undergoing a lot of pressure from work and not knowing anyone in a new cit and it was affecting my sleep pretty badly – a good night of sleep being 3 hours or so… But, once I started following the sessions from Somnus Therapy and began implementing them in my life, I was able to gradually improve the hours (and quality) of sleep each week – about a month later I would say I’m sleeping better than ever!
