Somnus Therapy has made a HUGE difference to my life! I would constantly wake during the night and suffer from really broken sleep. This would impact my concentration at work and I just used to feel tired all day. Now, I’ve learnt so much in my sleep therapy sessions, I have the tools and confidence to get to sleep and more importantly STAY asleep – I’m so happy! There are still some bad nights occasionally, however, I know this is all part of the journey and it doesn’t mean the next night will be bad too 🙂
