About me
I have been interested in the impact and importance of sleep on the quality of living and mental health. Struggling with sleep issues can be complex and usually need an approach that looks at the whole person including nutrition, sleep hygiene, relationships and practicing techat home between sessions. I have found EMDR an extremely helpful tool in addition to all the other things we can try. There are answers!
Training & experience
I am an LICSW with over 30 years of experience in helping people with all aspects of their lives. Anxiety and depression are twin causes and effects of sleep deprivation so I’ve also specialized in treatment of that along with trauma treatment. I keep my caseload purposely small so that all of my clients get individualized attention and care.
