About me
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (I.2002389-SUPV) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, both from The Ohio State University. Credentials aside, my desire as a therapist is to be able to hold space with and for my clients as they process thoughts and emotions when it might feel too overwhelming to do alone.
I’ve worked primarily with adults in both community mental health and private practice settings, who are experiencing behavioral and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, crisis, grief and loss, relationship and identity challenges, major life transitions, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.
