About me
As a
clinical psychologist I strive to empower my clients towards wellness, growth,
and healing. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma related
conditions and health-related conditions such as insomnia. My approach is a
holistic view of health that is uses evidence-based therapies, such as CBT-I.
Training & experience
I have been
in the mental health field for over 20 years, as a Physician Assistant in
Psychiatry, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and more recently as a Licensed
Psychologist.
Doctoral training: Clinical Psychology with a minor in Health Psychology, from Fielding Graduate University
