About me
I'm a caring and direct psychologist with a specialty in sleep disorders, especially severe, chronic insomnia. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you to get the sleep your body needs. CBT-I is a rapid and effective treatment. I also treat other mood, anxiety, trauma, compulsion and substance challenges. I empower my clients to increase resilience to stress using manageable steps and inner strengths. I also treat mental health symptoms related to severe health crises, such as concussions, stroke, cardiac, chronic pain, accident, COVID-19 trauma and chronic illness.

I studied sleep, and evidenced-based treatments under top clinicians and researchers at Stanford University and Veterans Affairs hospitals across the country. I help ambitious people overcome their sleep and health problems so they can reach their ambitions.
