As a certified Brainspotting practitioner, I enjoy working with people to help them to release themselves from emotions and behaviors that they no longer want impacting how they feel. I have spent years exploring the latest therapies and helping people to let go of anger, shame, guilt, anxiety, flashbacks, and depression as well as grief and problematic compulsions. The therapy is supportive and designed to help achieve the change you want in the shortest time possible. I have worked with all kinds of trauma with compassion. I seek to help you achieve vitality, peace, confidence and wholeness in your life.
Training & experience
I am certified in the neurological therapy technique of Brainspotting, and trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness. I also have training and experience using and integrating “parts work” like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT/DBT) and somatic awareness, creating a holistic brain and body approach.
