About me

“Your current situation is not your permanent destination.” Let me help guide you to reaching your highest potential and the goals that you deserve. Therapy does not define weakness; it proves an act of courage and strength.I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who graduated from IUPUI in 2003 with my master’s degree in Social Work and have years of experience specializing in evidence-based practices using an eclectic approach consisting of Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and more. Helping individuals through some of their worst days brings me great pride. I confidently facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy to help adolescents and adults with a myriad of clinical issues.

Training & experience

I can help you with all your relationship goals. Do you have a complicated mother-daughter relationship? Well, I can assist! Do you have trauma? I am trained in the evidence-base practice of EMDR. As your therapist, I will push you, give you homework, but together we can do this work and you can change, you can feel better! Therapy is not always easy. It can be difficult, change is challenging. I encourage you to come to sessions with topics you want to discuss and process each time, but I will guide you to meeting all your goals with my education and experience...we got this!
